The Sirius building in Sydney is slated for demolition.
I’ve walked and driven by this building a number of times and it does indeed stick out from every thing else in the The Rocks.

Ranking the states by fiscal conditions
Minnesota comes in at 26. Rankings remained relatively static although
… there were big movers in each of the five categories that make up the overall ranking:
Colorado, Delaware, New Mexico, and Iowa all moved down in the ranking of cash solvency, while Maine and Minnesota both improved.
Latest data is from 2014. It will be interesting to see how things change in a year or two when all of that Bakken money dries up.
